Guest Speaking, Lecturing and Podcasts
A significant and rewarding dimension of my work is guest speaking and lecture engagements. Of course, whilst this is great for company PR, it's also wonderful for networking and giving back. The weight of speaking on security-related issues, often to rooms of peers, is never lost on me. I am very fortunate to have had the time to delve into the academic details and apply this to my real-world learning..
Public speaking on these subjects has taken me across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, where I have become a frequent voice in academia, corporate forums, security conferences, and public events, especially on subjects of espionage, intelligence, counter-surveillance, risk, and protection.

Podcasts, TV and Radio
Beyond formal lectures, I’m frequently asked to appear as an expert commentator in media, on TV, radio, and podcasts, discussing breaking security issues or current events. One recent appearance was on the Security Circle podcast (Episode 123: “Bugging, Bribery, and Battle Scars”), where I discussed my personal journey, technical counter-surveillance, cognitive warfare, and the evolution of intelligence craft. In early 2025, I was also featured on the Jazz FM “Jazz Shapers” podcast, (Jazz Shapers: Alex Bomberg).
